It feels like this....that moment of suspension at the peak of the rise where we find ourselves naturally at capacity of an inhale breathe...a pause before free-falling back into the track of an effortless flow.
Such is the movement of everything through rise, rest, and release before repeat...from sunup to sundown, full moon to new moon, an ocean's wave, a solstice's peak; each of life's cycles comprised of beginnings turned endings, creating space to begin again.
It is with many emotions that we look through this lens to share that Sky Pond now too begins a natural wind-down to an end. Effective January 1st, 2027, the calendar is closed, and the property will no longer be shared in the way that it is today.
We trust, as we've learned from nature, that this ending will create the necessary space to give rise to what waits for all of us to come together again in new ways;
AND
as the proprietors who have received some of the most pivotal and powerful years of growth in our own personal lives from this experience, it remains deeply heartfelt to let go of.
Personally, Sean and I could not have imagined having the privilege of accompanying each of you on your journeys for the past 6 years. It was YOU who shined light on this lifestyle in the first place and it is you who have walked with us gently along the way (from both near and far!), and we are forever changed. We have received insight, inspiration, understanding, and yes, confidence, as the care-givers and coordinators for this venue; and we feel ready to meet what awaits among life's possibilities for us to serve you in new ways! We hope that you'll walk with us towards that discovery, that we may continue to grow in support and celebration, together.
THANK YOU for trusting us and one another to build this community. Your energy will be felt on this land for generations to come and carried in our hearts forever.
