Multifamily property management can be challenging, from recruiting and retaining staff, to being asked to do more with less. We want to help with a new resource you can use to help onboard, train, and retain property management staff. CHFA’s online Property Management Toolkit offered through chfareach is designed to empower new property managers and provide them with the support they need to excel in their role and ensure that safe, decent, and affordable housing is an intentional and integrated part of the community. The Property Management Toolkit includes training modules that provide a high-level overview of various topics, best practice guides, and answers to common questions for managing Section 8 and Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) properties, including facility management, and Fair Housing topics.
