Required documents should be mailed to CHFA’s offices at 1981 Blake Street, Denver CO 80202.
Important: Do not send CHFA documents that are not listed on the checklist. Sending unnecessary documents only causes delays in processing your loan files.
Excluding those original recorded documents to be mailed, all other documents should be uploaded to HomeConnectionsm.
Think green: We receive enough unnecessary paper to fill a mail bucket daily, which holds about 6 reams of paper equating to 3,000 sheets!
