CHFA is committed to increasing Black and African American homeownership in Colorado because homeownership isn’t just for now—it provides an opportunity to build wealth and community for the future.

Encourage your homebuyers to join CHFA and homebuying experts at this free event to learn:

• How homeownership may create generational wealth
• How to build their homebuying team (they are not in this alone!)
• Down payment programs available for the community
• How homebuyer education can help put them on the path to success

Homebuyers can meet with experts and representatives from downpayment programs during a post-presentation meet-and-greet.
