chfa permanent interest rate buydowns presentation available online

CHFA is allowing permanent interest rate buydowns on our government loan programs (CHFA FirstStep^sm, CHFA FirstGeneration^sm, CHFA HomeAccess^sm, and CHFA FHA Streamline Refinance^sm) for loans locked on or after September 29, 2025, subject to applicable program requirements. As interest rates and home prices remain high, we hope that offering this enhancement will help make homeownership more affordable for Coloradans.
