You are cordially invited to the 2026 Housing Credit Summit hosted by Colorado Housing and Finance Authority. This event is a unique opportunity for Colorado’s Housing Tax Credit developers and affordable housing stakeholders to share ideas and network with local and national investors.

All members of the affordable housing community are encouraged to attend this event, which will provide networking opportunities and forums to learn about expansions to state and federal Housing Tax Credits, recent program changes, and celebrate the 40th anniversary of the federal Housing Tax Credit’s creation. The event will feature a keynote address from Michael Novogradac.
