2025 federal 4 percent, state, and toc housing tax credit letters of intent

An updated Federal 4% Housing Tax Credit LOI and Applicant Report is now available on CHFA’s website. The report includes affordable housing developments and their sponsors who intend to apply for federal 4 percent and state Housing Tax Credits, and if applicable, Transit-oriented Communities (TOC) Credit in September 2025. This report is updated as new LOIs and federal 4% Housing Tax Credit applications are received, separate from a competitive round.
