public hearing for 2025-2026 amended qualified allocation plan

CHFA will hold a public hearing in Colorado to Amend the 2025-2026 Amended Housing Tax Credit Qualified Allocation Plan (the QAP). The purpose of this hearing is to receive input on an Amendment to the QAP for 2026. A draft of the Amended QAP and Summary of Changes are available on CHFA’s website: chfainfo.com/qap.

The hearing will be held virtually on Thursday, September 25, 2025, from 11:00am to Noon via Zoom. To attend the public hearing, please register here via Zoom.
