public hearing for draft 2026 transit-oriented communities (toc) credit allocation plan

CHFA will hold a public hearing in Colorado regarding the Draft 2026 Transit-oriented Communities (TOC) Credit Allocation Plan (the Plan). The purpose of this hearing is to receive input on the Plan’s proposed changes. Please visit chfainfo.com/state-credit to view a draft of the Plan and Summary of Changes.

The TOC hearing will be held virtually on Thursday, October 2, 2025, from 11:00am to Noon via Zoom. To attend the TOC hearing, please register via Zoom.
