CHFA will hold a public hearing in Colorado (via Microsoft Teams) to receive input on an amendment to the Housing Tax Credit Qualified Allocation Plan (QAP) and to discuss the proposed change to the QAP for the upcoming year. Section 2.A Guiding Principles will be modified to support Electrification Readiness including pre-wiring to allow future all-electric conversion.
