chfa announces 2026 federal 4 percent pab fund

To help support new and preserved affordable rental housing inventory in Colorado, CHFA has created the $125 million 2026 Federal 4 Percent PAB Fund (2026 PAB Fund). Applicants seeking federal 4 percent Housing Tax Credits in 2026 may apply for PAB from CHFA’s 2026 PAB Fund.
