2024 annual owner certification now available in insight

The 2024 Annual Owner Certifications (AOCs) for the Housing Tax Credit and CHFA multifamily loan programs are now available in Insight. Management agents may prepare the form, but the form requires the Owner to electronically submit and sign. Please sign into your Insight account or, if you do not already have an Insight account, request a new user account from the Insight login page.

How to submit your AOC(s)

Please refer to Section 5 of the updated Insight User Guide for detailed instructions for submitting your AOC through Insight. The Guide has been updated with step-by-step instructions and screenshots, as well as helpful tips to successfully complete your property’s AOC.
