Whether you are new to the field of housing tax credits or venturing deep into daily implementation, we have a class for you. Those needing a high-level overview may enjoy our three-part class in February, while those seeking HCCP or Nan McKay certification can dig into our two-day workshop on January 20 and 21. See details below!

Fundamentals of Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) Management with optional certification, Online Workshop │January 20 and 21, 2021

Fundamentals of Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) Management provides an in-depth introduction to the LIHTC program. Since instances of program noncompliance can lead to serious financial penalties, it's more important than ever to train your staff on the complexities of this program.

This live two-day webinar is for both new and experienced onsite staff who are interested in gaining a thorough understanding of the basics of LIHTC project management.

The class concludes with an optional online exam. Choose from the Nan McKay certification exam or the NAHB Housing Credit Certified Professional (HCCP) exam.
