Developed by Ulysses Development Group, Harvest Hill Apartments in Broomfield will provide 152 affordable apartments for individuals and families with incomes between 30 percent and 70 percent Area Median Income (AMI) in a neighborhood well-connected to transit. The developer has partnered with Broomfield Fellowship in Serving Humanity (FISH) to provide residents with supportive services and referrals from FISH’s community partners to provide food assistance, job training, and child resources.
CHFA was proud to support Harvest Hill with $31,600,000 in financing through a Partnership-to-Perm Affordable Bond Loan (PAIRABLE). CHFA also supported the development with an award of $800,000 in state Affordable Housing Tax Credits (AHTC) and $2,182,105 in federal 4 percent Housing Tax Credits in 2024.

Sponsored by WellPower, Sheridan on 10th in Denver includes 60 units of supportive housing for individuals exiting homelessness with an emphasis on addressing resident mental health needs. Supportive services will be provided by the developer and include case management, behavioral health, and clinical services, with 24-hour access to residential counselors and safety officers. CHFA was proud to support Sheridan on 10th with a $600,000 Capital Magnet Fund (CMF) permanent loan and a $150,000 CMF grant. CHFA also supported the development with an award of $1,450,000 in federal 9 percent Housing Tax Credits.
