At CHFA, we believe strong communities are built through partnership. Currently, we are undergoing a strategic effort to deepen our understanding of customer journeys across the housing continuum to improve the ways we meet our mission to strengthen Colorado by investing in affordable housing and community development. That includes our recent in-depth analysis of the customer journey for affordable multifamily housing developers in Colorado. Following feedback from developers, CHFA is streamlining the process for CHFA loan products from origination to closing. We are also updating systems for document delivery and customer progress tracking.
