Develop Your Staff Through Collaborative Coaching, Online Workshop│ September 28, 2021 (HPI)

Coaching is a key element of leadership, but some coaching tools are harder to use in practice. If you've attended seminars before and have been frustrated that the tools only go part-way, this class may help you bridge that gap.

During this session, you will:

establish a list of core values and determine how they relate to your coaching style and the personality types of your team;
understand how to target feedback, recognition, and delegation for your team's strengths; and
practice giving and receiving feedback that promotes employee retention.
