The values of the UCC inform our theology and shape our structure. So just what are the values of the UCC? What does this mean for our church and our daily life? Let's explore these questions together as we look at our whole holy ‘ohana.

At 10:00 we will also enjoy a bit of water play and a cool treat as we say goodbye to summer! Wear something you don't mind getting wet!

Faith Action Holds Investment Drive, August 1 - October 2, 2022

This once-a-year drive is an opportunity for Central Union Church members to invest in faith-based activities that strive to address the basic causes of hardship and uncertainty in the lives of our neighbors.

Christ has said, “Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind. This is the first and great commandment. And the second is like unto it: Thou shalt love thy neighbor as thyself.” (Matthew 22:37–39)

Community Ministry Needs Volunteers!
2022 dates: August 9, September 13, October 10, November 8, December 13
On the second Tuesday of each month, join CUC's Community Ministry to prepare and distribute approximately 100 healthy, hot meals to the folks at Keauhou Shelter and the new Family Promise Shelter.

Who and what is needed?
  • 1 shopper who will be reimbursed.
  • 5 people to prep and cook (2:30-5:30pm)
  • 4 to assist with distribution (5:45-6:45pm)

Help with one or more of the tasks. Individuals or families are welcome!
