We Are Now the Printing Industries Association, Inc.!

Exciting news: With a decisive 96% “yes” vote, our membership has approved a much-needed updating and simplifying of our organization’s name. To reflect the fact that we have expanded to serve printing and graphic communications industry businesses in 13 western states, the Printing Industries Association, Inc. of Southern California (PIASC) is now the Printing Industries Association, Inc. (PIA). Our new tagline: Services for Graphic Communications.

  

While our name is new, our mission, services and value remain unchanged. The Printing Industries Association, Inc. exists to support and advocate for the graphics industry, doing all we can to help members like you succeed. Human resources support, technical assistance, no-cost employment services, discount programs, news and more are all included with your membership dues. Training, group medical benefits, commercial insurance, our multi-employer 401(k) plan and other services are also available. 



As the largest regional graphics industry trade association in the U.S., PIA proudly serves members in California (except Northern California and San Diego), Alaska, Arizona, Colorado, Hawaii, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, Utah, Washington and Wyoming.

The Printing Industries Association, Inc. is excited to kick off the “Call for Entries” for the 2023 Print Excellence Awards competition. Each year this regional event rewards the best craftsmanship and technology in the dynamic printing, imaging and finishing communities.

 

The 2023 competition will be the first time that entries are accepted from members in all 13 western states of the U.S.: California, Arizona, Alaska, Colorado, Hawaii, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, Utah, Washington, and Wyoming. Start submitting your samples now to compete for bragging rights as the best in the West in your category.
