Oh What Fun it is to Ride!
1st Annual Toy Drive & Ride

Since October, several members and their employees have been collecting toys and gifts for the kids at City of Hope. We collected approximately 1,500 toys and gifts. We also collected $1,000 in gift card donations and $1,385 in monetary donations to City of Hope.

To finalize the event, we had riders dressed as Santa, Mrs. Clause and even the Grinch join us at GPA, Surfacing Change in Cerritos to load and take all the donations to City of Hope. On Saturday, December 1st, the riders took over the 605 freeway as motorist waved and cheered as they rode by.

Once arriving at City of Hope, kids waved at us from the window, others who were able joined us outside and COH nurses staff and visitors enjoyed taking pictures with the riders.

We are excited to have this event again next year. To receive updates throughout the year, CLICK HERE to like the Toy Drive & Ride Facebook page.
WEBINAR: Top 10 CAL/OSHA Citations and How to Avoid Them! January 18th
The recent high dollar CAL/OSHA citations (especially numbers 1, 2, and 3) are indicative of our Printing Industry having far too many amputations over the years. As a result, OSHA has established a National Emphasis Program (NEP) that identifies our industry as a “High Hazard Industry”, and we are targeted for unannounced CAL/OSHA enforcement audits.

Our January 18th webinar will go over all these citation categories. CAL/OSHA-required safety practices, to avoid both these citations and the serious potential employee injuries that can result from not following these requirements, will be covered.
