An Easy Work-Around for Supply Chain Disruptions
These are not normal times.  Because of the COVID-19 pandemic, it is inevitable that once-stable supply chains will have hiccups.  Whether it is due to reduced manufacturing operations, temporary factory closures, or lack of raw materials further upstream in the supply chain, you cannot expect product availability to remain stable for the next few weeks, if not months.

The good news is that you already have an easy supply chain work-around when your suppliers cannot provide to you what your end-customers need to keep their businesses running.

Are you using this work-around?

Working from Home?  Digitize Your Workplace

Having the systems to support remote workers seemed like a nice perk just a few short weeks ago.  Some of you may even have thought of it as unnecessary. Clearly things have changed.

Today as we practice social distancing, enabling your employees to work from home may just allow you to keep servicing your customers. Our business is ready made for remote working, and obviously yours is different, but that doesn't mean you can't or shouldn't make the transition.

One More Way COVID-19 Is Hurting Businesses

Perhaps your company is already feeling the financial impact of the COVID-19 pandemic in terms of delayed or lost revenue.  The worst likely is still to come.

You may not, however, be aware of how the pandemic is having a hidden financial impact on your company:  rising fees that credit card processors are charging your company to accept payment by credit card.

Featured Feature:  BROADCAST REQUEST

BROADCAST REQUEST is an email communication tool that allows you to send an inquiry to every member of a selected inventory-sharing community.  This feature is used when a needed item is not found in a SEARCH at WarehouseTWO.  Many WarehouseTWO members do not upload inventory data to their accounts. But these members own inventory.  It is simply not visible at WarehouseTWO.  BROADCAST REQUEST helps you access this "hidden" inventory via an email request.

Upcoming Training

Our next round of five different training webinars is scheduled for Wednesday, June 10th and 11th, 2020.  Click here for session syllabuses and for links to register for any of these webinars.  Space is limited, so register early!
Distribution "Quip" of the Month

"In general, successful sales people are overly optimistic and have little sense of accountability.  If you give them authority to make speculative inventory purchasing decisions, what possibly could go wrong?"

WarehouseTWO Tip of the Month

Easily export ALL inventory data* with three mouse clicks.  To export all of the inventory data available for sale from peer wholesalers at WarehouseTWO, follow these simple steps:
  1. On the SEARCH page, check the boxes labeled, "Exact Text" and "Exclude WEB MARKET Items".
  2. Enter into the Part Number field a single percent sign ("%").
  3. Click on the "Search" button.
  4. When the search result has completed, click on the button labeled, "Export to File".
Extra tip A:  To reduce the time that it takes to complete the search, or to reduce the file size, select a single community in the drop-down list labeled, "Search by Community".

Extra tip B:  the ability to use a percent sign "("%") as a wild card character is available only to Level 3, Level 4 and Level 5 members.

*(posted to all of the communities to which your company's member account has "authorized" access)
Referral Rewards Program

The easiest way to get more value from your WarehouseTWO account is to increase participation by other distributors and manufacturers.  Over the years, many of you have been loyal "evangelists", recommending WarehouseTWO to peer distributors, to manufacturers and to associations and marketing groups.

We want to encourage and compensate you for the results of your efforts.  To learn more about our "WarehouseTWO Referral Rewards" program, and how you and your company can benefit, click here.
