In order to effectively address health and safety concerns associated with the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, students in the Cypress School District have been dismissed from school until such time that it is deemed safe for them to return.

In the interim, families may be looking for supplemental resources to keep their children engaged in meaningful activities at home. Over and above the lessons our classroom teachers provide students each week, the websites below offer families high-quality content appropriate for elementary-aged children as well as for their older siblings. We encourage parents to explore these websites and bookmark their favorites so they are easily accessible for children when boredom strikes.

The education and well-being of students is our top priority in the Cypress School District. While we truly believe the best place for children during the school day is learning and thriving in our classrooms, unfortunately that is not possible at this time. We look forward to the day when COVID-19 no longer poses a threat to our community and our students can return school where they rightfully belong.
