Dear Saint Augustine Catholic School Families,
Happy blessed All Saints’ Day! Our team is offsite spending a day in prayer, reflection, and team building as we participate in our annual retreat. We are lifting all of our students and their families up in prayer during this time. Please know that you can always count on this team as prayer warriors as we know that there is power in prayer and we are called to lift each other up.
This week has truly been a celebration as we culminate with our Race for Education Color Run and afternoon festival. We are so grateful to our school families and community who have partnered with us to raise these important funds that benefit our teachers, students, and classroom wish lists while also most importantly helping us to keep our tuition costs down. I thank you in advance for your support and look forward to running alongside all of you with our 2nd Annual Angels on the Run 5K on November 11th.
Finally, as mentioned in our Strategic Plan 2028, I am looking to establish an Advancement Council which will be made up of parents, school board members, and HSA members. This council will help to identify long term needs of the school and campus for facility upgrades, intentional grant writing, and other long term planning. If you are interested in joining this council, please email me directly.
Have a wonderful and blessed November and know that we are so grateful for each and every one of you.
“Remember this: Whoever sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and whoever sows generously will also reap generously. Each of you should give what you have decided in your heart to give, not reluctantly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver.” - 2 Corinthians 9:6-8
In Christ,
Mr. Joseph Miller
