Margaret Asante

Business

Margaret counsels clients on all types of business transactions, with a focus on commercial lending and mergers and acquisitions. She has experience with general corporate governance, debt and equity finance, and corporate M&A, as well as contract drafting, negotiation, and interpretation. She has counseled both lenders and borrowers on the financing, construction, and delivery of greenfield and brownfield projects across the energy and infrastructure sectors throughout Europe, Africa, the Middle East, and Asia.
