A Celebration to Remember!

On Thursday, March 19, 2026, Mid Jersey Association of REALTORS® hosted the New Jersey REALTORS® Circle of Excellence Sales Award® Dinner at the Forsgate Country Club in Monroe, NJ. Over 400 attendees joined the celebration to honor the award recipients and their achievement.

MJAR's 2026 Good Neighbor Award Recipient

Meet Amylinn Nemeth

MJAR member Amylinn Nementh of Realty One Group Next Door, was selected as the 2026 Good Neighbor Award recipient.

The selection was made by MJAR's REALTOR® of the Year Task Force. The Good Neighbor Award is annually presented to an association REALTOR® member who has made an extraordinary impact on their community through volunteer work benefiting a 501(c)(3) non-profit charitable organization. A $500 grant will be awarded to the organization where Amylinn volunteers at, Key to Kindness. Amylinn's nomination submission will also be submitted to the National Association of REALTORS® Good Neighbor Award program for their consideration. Congratulations Amylinn!

Attention REALTORS®! Whether you're brand new or looking for a refresher to what your Association offers, join us on Tuesday, March 31st at the Princeton Public Library. Attendees will learn about MJAR member benefits, how to get involved, insight from our Leadership Team and more. Stick around after brunch and enjoy a complimentary 3 NJREC Ethics/Core Credit course on the REALTOR® Code of Ethics led by Jonathan Kessler. This course will also fulfill the NAR Code of Ethics Membership requirement for Cycle 8 due by December 31, 2027.

A reminder to members that the current NJREC Continuing Education term (2025-2027) began on July 1, 2025 and concludes on June 30, 2027. Avoid the $200 late penalty by completing Continuing Education requirements by April 30, 2027.

The requirement to fulfill 12 Continuing Education Credits applies to all active licensees. NJREC licensees can view their status for the current term on https://njrece.psiexams.com. Licensees will need their license reference number and Social Security Number to access their learning plan.

Request a Letter of Good Standing Online

A Letter of Good Standing is an official document issued by a local or state REALTOR® association verifying that a member is active, has paid all dues, and is compliant with mandatory requirements. This is typically required when subscribing to an MLS or joining another board as a secondary member.
