To earn the PSA Certification, attendees need to:

1. Be a member in good standing of the National Association of REALTORS®
2. Complete the one-day course Pricing Strategies: Mastering the CMA
3. Submit the one-time application fee of $179

MJAR's Community Service Committee is excited to announce that they will be participating in this year's NAR's REALTOR® Volunteer Days May 30 - June 7, 2026!

There are still spaces left for MJAR members to sign up for one of the volunteer opportunities on Tuesday, June 2nd at either Feeding Hands Pantry in Hillsborough or the Trenton Area Soup Kitchen (TASK). Show up and help us showcase that REALTORS® Are Good Neighbors!

A reminder to members that the current NJREC Continuing Education term (2025-2027) began on July 1, 2025 and concludes on June 30, 2027. Avoid the $200 late penalty by completing Continuing Education requirements by April 30, 2027.

The requirement to fulfill 12 Continuing Education Credits applies to all active licensees. NJREC licensees can view their status for the current term on https://njrece.psiexams.com. Licensees will need their license reference number and Social Security Number to access their learning plan.
