WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT
Calhoun County Schools partner with Anderson Columbia

Anderson Columbia recently partnered with Altha High School in Calhoun County to show high schooler students what it’s like to be an equipment operator.

The Calhoun County School District purchased a CAT simulator, allowing students to see and feel what it’s like to run a piece of equipment, and hopefully spark an interest in the construction industry.

“We love seeing the next generation take interest in infrastructure and hope to see some of these faces on the 'A-Team' after graduation!,” said Brad Herring with Anderson Columbia.
