E-News for July 3, 2019
Greetings in the name of Jesus,
John and I are so excited to become a part of this great community of faith and serve as your pastoral family. This church has a long and rich tradition of which we are honored to be a part. We thank all of those who have served and are currently serving throughout the ministries of this wonderful congregation. You are leaving a lasting legacy for our Lord here.
As we settle into the home we are leasing here in Arlington, and into the church, we have met so many warm and caring people. The staff and leadership have been very helpful and loving in this transition. And, we look forward to getting to know each of you and to welcome you into our hearts and walk with you alongside our Christian journey of faith.
One of the ways I would like for us to get to know each other better is to hold several meetings that I am calling – “FAITHFUL FOCUS” Meetings. These will allow me to introduce myself to you in an informal setting, get to know each of you better, and to hear ways you feel God is calling us to move with joy closer to His vision for New World. These are not mandatory, but purely an invitation for sharing our excitement of dreaming together.
I will host 3 meeting times. You are welcome to attend any ONE of the three times:
4:00-5:30 pm, Room 27&28
7:00-8:00 pm, Room 27 & 28
7:00-8:00 pm, Room 27 & 28

May our journey together be blessed and guided by God. Proud to be your Pastor,
Click on the title above for some helpful information on how we can welcome Rev. Leslie and her family to New World.
