e-smartec Newsletter # 1 | February 2020
e-smartec Newsletter #1
Dear readers,

Welcome to the first e-newsletter of the e-smartec Interreg Europe 2014-2020 project !

We believe that we share similar concerns regarding a future low carbon transport era and we hope that e-smartec outputs meet your expectations for sustainable mobility and deep travellers’ behaviour shift towards environmental friendly ways of moving!

Enhancing the participatory approach in mobility planning and supporting the use of active and greener mobility via the exploitation of advanced marketing techniques is our vision, and, as our motto reveals:

‘We care for each other,
we care for our space,
we become part of mobility planning’

Each semester you'll get news on project progress, project results and the development of the e-smartec Action Plans of Region of Central Macedonia (GR), West Midlands Region (UK), Lazio Region (IT), Bratislava Self-Governing Region (SK), Venlo Region (NL) and State of Hessen (DE).

Are you an interested citizen or a stakeholder involved in mobility planning and sustainable development? Do you wish to share valuable input for enhancing mobility planning participatory approach? Then feel free to contact us to share feedback and suggestions at any time and follow us on Twitter for a quicker interaction!

Help us build a community and share the e-newsletter subscription form with others who may be interested or can benefit from the information we will further share.

Sincerely,
Project Coordinator
Dr. Maria Morfoulaki
