A quick note from your Consistory - Your elder and deacon are here for you, and would be happy to get together and pray with you, whatever the reason. Whether you are having a baby or an upcoming surgery, have questions or simply want to talk, give them a call. If you aren’t sure who your elder and deacon are, contact the front office. It is also listed in the back of your church directory.
Survey - In the recent letter update, we noted that Scott Lokers has met with the elders, deacons, and staff to gain their input and comments as we consider what we should look for in our next pastor. The survey linked below is now your opportunity to provide input. The survey lists 11 aspects/roles of a lead pastor that we would like you to consider. While all parts are important, no one person can be great at every last one. So, we are asking that you think these over and choose which four you feel are the most important strengths that we need in a pastor here at RRC. The data you submit through your answers, along with any written comments you choose to provide, will be compiled for the consistory as they develop a preferred profile for a pastor who can serve our congregation well in its next chapter of ministry. We ask that you please provide your name, though your specific results will not be shared beyond the team evaluating the results. We are targeting to gather all of these survey results by October 28. click to go to survey

A Life Group is a small group of 8-12 people that focuses on three priorities – sharing, study, and support. Life Group members will commit to meet together at least every other week through the school season—and even better, through the summer. We call these “Life Groups” because they are focused on (1) helping us grow in our life in Christ and (2) sharing life together. If you are interested in joining a life group or starting one up, please contact our Life Group Coordinator, Pam Jacobs.
