STAFF NOTES
Beth Jennings - Director of Children's Ministries

If you have entered through our Main Entrance lately you might have noticed our ROAR! VBS table. This table has some volunteer information and info on our needs. Thank you so much for clearing the table the first round! You guys really helped to get us off with a "ROARING" start. Next up will be snack donations which will be due back to church by June 9. Look for them this Sunday! If you have any questions about Vacation Bible School, volunteering, or signing up kids, let me know.

This Sunday the K-1 graders will be gathering as a group in the front of the sanctuary with me to witness the baptisms of three children in our church. Now would be a great time to talk to your children about their own baptism, or if they have not been baptized, maybe talking about if that's something you want to do. Click here to read what the RCA believes about baptism.

REAL Men is a group that believes God is actively working in our lives, and that we all have a story that He wants us to tell. It is not a Bible study or an accountability group, and it is not exclusive to RRC, so invite others! Each meeting will feature a speaker. Meet at Arnie's Restaurant, 34 S Squires St, downtown Rockford. The restaurant isn't open at that time, so we have the place to ourselves. Coffee and refreshments will be provided. N ext me eting: TBA
A Life Group is a small group of 8-12 people that focuses on three priorities – sharing, study, and support. Life Group members will commit to meet together at least every other week through the school season—and even better, through the summer. We call these “Life Groups” because they are focused on (1) helping us grow in our life in Christ and (2) sharing life together. If you are interested in joining a life group or starting one up, please contact our Life Group Coordinator, Pam Jacobs.
