ADULTS - PRAYER & BIBLE STUDY
Karen Bazen, Adult Min. Leader; Kevin Johnson , Men's Min. Leader
Tuesdays, 7-8am, Fellowship Hall. Join us as we gather for coffee, breakfast, a devotional, and prayer.
Tuesdays, 9:30-11am, Room 212. Behold Your God: Studies on the Attributes of God . In this study of God's character and person, each lesson covers a truth about God's character and encourages practical application of this knowledge to daily living. Led by Carol Knox.
Wednesdays, 6:45-8pm, Fireside Room. Grace/Truth 1.0 - Pastor Tim will lead a discussion through a five-week learning experience that introduces Christians to LGBT+ people, the language to use and avoid, a theologically faithful view of marriage and sexuality, and practical guidance on how to embody the love of Christ toward sexual and gender minorities.
Wednesdays, 6:45-8pm, Room 252. The Gospel Comes With a House Key - This class has been postponed until later in the year.
Wednesdays, 6:45-8pm, Room 250. Tough As Nails - Uncertainty is unavoidable. Being fearful is optional. In this series, Andy Stanley reminds us that the faith of Jesus' early followers was characterized by fearlessness, confidence in Jesus, and love for others. As a Jesus follower, would you say the same about your faith? Led by Polly Johnson.
Come early for Family Dinner, 6-6:30pm in the gym.
Every other Friday, 7-8am, Fireside Room. REAL - Relationship through Encouragement, Authenticity, and Love. REAL Men is a group that believes God is actively working in our lives, and that we all have a story that He wants us to tell. It is not a Bible study or an accountability group, and it is not exclusive to RRC, so invite others! Each meeting will feature a speaker. Next meeting: October 12
A Life Group is a small group of 8-12 people that focuses on three priorities – sharing, study, and support. Life Group members will commit to meet together at least every other week through the school season—and even better, through the summer. We call these “Life Groups” because they are focused on (1) helping us grow in our life in Christ and (2) sharing life together. If you are interested in joining a life group or starting one up, please contact our Life Group Coordinator, Pam Jacobs.
