new Blood Pressure Screening
2nd Sunday of each month, Room 211
A note from the RRC Health Ministry: Many people suffer from hypertension, sometimes unaware of it. Routine blood pressure screening is one way to either screen for elevated blood pressures or monitor control (if on medication for high blood pressure). Your health ministry RNs offer blood pressure screening the second Sunday of every month and upon request. They are located in Room 211 (behind the sanctuary) after the morning service. Feel free to stop by to have your pressure checked. Contact Wilma Nelson at 616-690-4479 if you want to be checked at a time other than the second Sunday.

Life Groups
A Life Group is a small group of 8-12 people that focuses on three priorities – sharing, study, and support. Life Group members will commit to meet together at least every other week through the school season—and even better, through the summer. We call these “Life Groups” because they are focused on (1) helping us grow in our life in Christ and (2) sharing life together. If you are interested in joining a life group or starting one up, please contact our Life Group Coordinator, Pam Jacobs .
