Don’t worry about anything, but pray about everything. With thankful hearts offer up your prayers and requests to God.
 
1 Timothy 2:1-3
First of all, I ask you to pray for everyone. Ask God to help and bless them all and tell God how thankful you are for each of them. Pray for kings and others in power, so that we may live quiet and peaceful lives as we worship and honor God. This kind of prayer is good, and it pleases God our Savior. 
Douglas Talks: Give Thanks
You may have noticed there are a few changes to our e-blast. The “Power-Up Sunday and Power-Up Mid-week” will be a regular feature for our children and youth programs at Trillium. Our “Power-Up Sundays will include: SKA, Junior and Senior Youth group activities and Sunday special events. Our Power-Up Mid-Week will include: F.R.O.G. games, Hands and Hearts Craft Club, Special Youth group meetings and events for Fun, Food, and Fellowship.

Creator God,
Thank you for being such a great God who is always generous to us.
Help us to be always thankful and rejoice in your love.
We pray this in the name of Jesus. Amen.
Art and Activities:
Craft Supplies:
·        Scissors
·        Construction paper or note cards
·        Markers/decorative materials
·        Stapler or tape
Craft Procedure:
1.   Cut construction paper (likely orange, but any color will do) into strips. Strips should be about 1-1 ½ inches wide.
2.   Write something you are thankful for on each strip.
3.   Fold the strips up one by one and staple or tape them together, one atop another.
4.   Arrange the strips into a sphere shape, much like a pumpkin (you may need a staple at the bottom, as well).
5.   Attach a green paper “leaf” to decorate. Feature as a center piece or decoration!
Tutor's Needed
Our Trillium Children and Youth are back to school.
Many of them require our assistance to help them be successful in their learning.
If you can give an hour or two of your time to tutor our young people, please contact Tracy Sullivan at [email protected].
