February President's Message

Supporting Your Paralegals' Well-being and Professional Development

Dear Utah Lawyers,

As the President of the Utah State Bar, I am writing to encourage your firm or organization to support the membership of your paralegals in the Utah State Bar’s Paralegal Division. By doing so, you will provide them with access to a range of professional development resources, including a significant benefit—mental health support through Tava Health.

We know that the demands of legal work can be challenging, and ensuring the mental well-being of your team is critical. Through the Paralegal Division, your paralegals can access Tava Health’s mental health services, which offer confidential and convenient support when they need it most. This benefit not only enhances their personal well-being but also helps sustain a productive and engaged workforce.

Investing in your paralegals' membership is a meaningful way to show your commitment to their professional growth and health. Have your paralegal go to this link to join: Tava Health

Thank you for considering this important step in supporting your team.

Sincerely,

Cara Tangaro
