A MESSAGE FROM BRAD HUGHLEY
Dear Friends,
It is with joy and anticipation that I can share with you that Dr. Mike Powell has accepted the permanent role of Assistant Organist and Director of Music at St. Paul's. Mike graciously stepped in to assist last fall. Following a national search and discernment period, it became clear that Mike's qualities and experience made him the best fit for this role. I look forward to working collaboratively with Mike to shape the next chapter of our music ministry.
You have seen Mike at the organ console and conducting. Mike was a critical component of our pilot Family Choir initiative, and several of you have seen how well he educates and how kind he is. It takes many people to make weekly music at St. Paul's run smoothly, and Mike’s skills will elevate our worship of God and our call to minister to the parish.
Please take a moment to congratulate Mike on Sunday and welcome him in his new role.
Brad Hughley, Organist & Director of Music

A MESSAGE FROM DR. MIKE POWELL
Dear St. Paul's community,
I am happy to have been appointed as your Assistant Organist & Director of Music. I feel fortunate to continue in a permanent position for this ministry and the mission of this church by participating in the exceptional music that is offered during worship; it is a privilege.
One thing I'm passionate about is engaging as many people at St. Paul's as possible — working working weekly with our choirs, creating new opportunities to sing and participate in music, building meaningful relationships with those outside music ministry, and fostering congregational song during worship.
I've been able to meet many of you in the last few months. If I haven't yet had the pleasure of meeting you, please introduce yourself after a Sunday service or click here to email me. I'd love to know you and to hear what you're passionate about at St. Paul's!
