Say Goodbye to Paper CACFP Enrollment Applications!

Karamu now offers eForms, a free service that provides the ability for parents to electronically complete and renew CACFP child enrollment applications. The process is simple, secure, and requires absolutely no paperwork. All you need is an e-mail address for the parents or a computer, tablet or mobile device in your childcare home or facility that parents can use to electronically approve and sign forms while onsite.

If you are interested in going paperless, please e-mail us at karamu@karamu.org and request eForms access. Be sure to include your name and KNP number in the e-mail. Once eForms access is granted, log into your karamu provided kidkare account and click on eForms. It’s just that simple!

Not Using KidKare Yet?!

If you aren’t using our free *Kidkare service already to enroll children, track attendance or file your claims online, you don’t know what you’re missing! Kidkare is offered free of charge to Karamu sponsored providers and can be used from any computer, laptop, iPhone, iPad, or Android device with internet access.

Your account is setup and waiting for you. Simply go to app.kidkare.com . Please contact us to receive your Kidkare username and password. For more information about Kidkare, see the various Kidkare training video links provided below.

*Important Note: Kidkare by Minute Menu is provided free of charge to Karamu sponsored childcare providers. Or free service does not include the Kidkare daycare accounting module offered by Minute Menu. Kidkare charges a monthly fee to use their accounting function. You are not required to sign-up for, purchase, or use the accounting module in order to use Kidkare for CACFP management.
