September is National Preparedness Month

Being Prepared – What a concept!


Upon hearing the Scout motto, someone asked Scouting founder Robert Baden-Powell the inevitable follow-up question.


“Prepared for what?”

“Why, for any old thing,” he replied.


This is a great time for your scouts and units to prepare for medical, weather, and earthquake emergencies or . . . “for any old thing”.

ScoutReach Closet . . .
We are collecting gently used uniforms for Scouts enrolled in the ScoutReach Division of GGAC. The ScoutReach Program brings Cub Scouting to underserved communities in GGAC via grants and donations. Please help us provide uniforms for our Scouts! Donations can be brought to the Pleasanton Office.
