Sea Scouts - Quartermaster Spotlight

Quartermaster (QM) is the highest award a Sea Scout can earn. Requirements are often the same as those for Eagle while others will be more difficult like earning a Red Cross, YMCA or BSA Lifeguard certification. Most QM requirements include teaching advancement to the lower ranks. Additionally, Quartermasters are accomplished boat handlers, navigators, pilots, crew leaders, and are tested in life saving and rescue techniques.
