A note from the Academic Office: Thank you for your patience as class schedules are released. While schedules continued to be published, they remain in draft form. Your students are able to order the required books for their classes. However, they need to note that their assigned blocks may shift as we finalize all student schedules. We have been told that books will arrive on time but, either way, teachers will be flexible should a delay occur. Again, we appreciate the community's understanding as we work to ensure balance and thought for each of our student's classroom experience. The Veracross Implementation Team

New News

  • The community service requirement of six hours must be completed during the school year (early Sept. to mid-June) for each school year. Students may attend an LA-sponsored project or they may volunteer for a non-profit in their home community. For more information visit the Service at LA webpage. Seniors need to have all hours for the 2019 - 2020 school year and previous year’s missed hours done by February 28, 2020.
  • Grit & Wit is back at LA this fall during the on-campus weekend - Sunday, September 15, at 3:00 on the turf field. Boarding students are required to attend and day students are welcome to participate. However, participants must have a waiver electronically signed by a parent/guardian (or by a student who is 18+). Click here to access that form.

Finally, as the school year ramps up, The Page remains your up-to-the-minute, one-stop-shop for all the information you'll need to navigate academics, arts, athletics, and weekends at LA.
