Beginnings and Endings

Rev. Dayna Edwards

10:30 AM Sunday, September 20

in-person and online at bit.ly/sundayservicelive

How do we discern when to surrender and when to begin again in love? Let's explore how repentance can lead to new beginning and heal difficult endings.

Earth-based Celebrations: Mabon

Sunday September 20, 9:30am at the bench circle

The Autumn Equinox, the astronomical time of the year when day and night are equal. It is a festival of thanksgiving for the fruits of the earth and a recognition of the need to share them during the coming winter months.

Share the Plate: MoCo Pride Center

MoCo Pride Center is marking its first anniversary as Montgomery County's first physical resource center, offering peer support, a lending library, and other community programs for LGBTTQIA+ residents and allies. Their mission is to champion self-determination, uplift the most vulnerable, and build lasting change through empowerment, advocacy, and solidarity, which are values that mirror our own UU commitment to the inherent worth and dignity of every person.

You may give online (now with Google Pay), via Paypal, by texting 'CLUUC $[Amount]" to 73256, or by mailing it to Cedar Lane.
