In so many ways this season of ministry has been difficult for our church but there are also constant reminders that God is doing amazing things here at First Methodist Conroe. We are excited about all of the opportunities for new ministry and the beautiful ways that God is transforming and refining us in meaningful ways. From the first moment my family joined First Methodist Conroe, we were blown away by the hospitality, commitment to vital ministries, and the continuous heavenly imagination for what is next.

This week we will begin a new sermon series: We are FMC that recenters our community into the heart of our mission and vision. Our prayer is that in remembering who we are we will also be captured by a vision for who we are becoming.

First Methodist Conroe is a multigenerational, multiethnic, and multisite church that exists to make disciples of Jesus Christ. Our Wesleyan heritage and pursuit of holiness of heart and life provides a method to achieve our mission. God is also stirring within our community an expansive mission to reach Willis, to multiply ministry in Conroe, and to reach new people with the hope of Jesus.

We are FMC and we are better together. Join us on this journey as we give ourselves individually and collectively to this beautiful calling. I am grateful to be a part of this church and confident about the future.
