Our 28th Annual Golf for Good outing was held at the prestigious Meadow Brook Club in Jericho on September 25th where over $147,000 was raised for our 70+  programs and services . In recognition of their dedication to helping people in need, Christopher Lambert of Axis Construction was honored and Senator John J. Flanagan of the New York State Senate received the Steven J. Eisman Humanitarian Award (pictured below with Lance W. Elder, EAC Network President & CEO). Read more. View event photos.

Meadowbrook Financial Donates Bikes to Supervised Visitation Children
Meadowbrook Financial Mortgage Bankers Corp.  donated eight children's bicycles to our Nassau Supervised Visitation program following a Magnovo Training Group team development bicycle building event. We were so surprised to receive this generous donation, and we are so grateful to the team at Meadowbrook Financial, who told us, " Thank you so much for all of your love, dedication, and hard work that you provide in our community! We are beyond grateful to assist in any way that we can and look forward to working with you again in the future."
WANTED: New or Gently Used Exercise Equipment
EAC Network is implementing health and wellness programs for our employees to inspire healthy living and well-being. We seek donations of exercise equipment, ranging from a treadmill and stationary bike to dumbbells, kettlebells, exercise balls, yoga mats, and more. Fresh from the Garden Completes Another Successful Produce Distribution Thanks to Bank of America Volunteers
The Fresh from the Garden program has seen an immense amount of corporate support since its inception earlier this spring, and September was no exception. Bank of America volunteers joined us once more at Magnolia Gardens in New Cassel to distribute fresh fruits and vegetables to seniors who lack access to nutritious foods. WANTED: Arts & Crafts Supplies
Do you have arts and crafts supplies lying around? Our Hempstead Senior Community Service Center is in need of arts and crafts supplies or project sets for the seniors. Markers, paints, construction paper, glue, mason jars, and all other arts and crafts supplies and ideas are welcome. To donate, please contact Cathy Grant at (516) 565-1568 or . Seniors Visit Old Bethpage Village Restoration
Seniors at our Hempstead Senior Community Service Center recently visited the Old Bethpage Village Restoration. Field trips such as these are common at our senior centers among the plethora of other activities such as Tai Chi and Zumba workouts, games, karaoke, Bingo, and more.
