December 30, 2017 │ Vol. 13.2
Tomorrow, December 31st, is the last day to make an impact in the 2017 tax year!
2017 has been a significant year of growth for EAC Network. Thanks to our expertise in so many fields as well as the dedicated support of our community, we have been able to add several new programs to our wide-ranging list of services. Read more about our growth in 2017 here .

Help us kick start 2018 to be bigger and better! Give today!

Why give? There are many different reasons why community members choose to support EAC Network. Susan O. told us she gave because:

" My mother needed [Meals on Wheels] and it was wonderful for her. There was an additional time she needed this service and, due to cuts in funds, she was added to the waiting list. Unfortunately, she passed when I received the call that the program could serve her again. Meals on Wheels is a wonderful program and I wanted to contribute."

Donations like Susan's help fill funding gaps so programmatic hardships like waiting lists are minimized.

Make a difference today and ensure that your donation is received by the 2017 tax deadline!

The holidays are a wonderful time to be with family, but in some cases, they can also be stressful. We recently had a great experience with a family at Nassau Supervised Visitation . Dorothy Worrell, Program Director, shares a heartwarming story of a family lighting a menorah during their supervised visit. Read the story here .
Grassi & Co. Spreads Holiday Cheer to Child Abuse Survivors
Each year employees from Grassi & Co. come to our Child Advocacy Center and throw a huge holiday party for the children who have been treated there. They provide delicious food, beverages, crafts, and gifts that are given to each child to enjoy. This year, the children made personalized ornaments and participated in a sing-a-long in which a Grassi & Co. employee played holiday tunes on the clarinet. Then, Santa presented each child with a gift from their wish list. Thank you, Grassi & Co., for once again putting smiling faces on our children during the holidays!
