This Veterans Day, EAC Network paused to honor the fearless, proud, and courageous individuals who served (and serve) our country with honor.
Such a person is Hal Knapp, an EAC Network
In-Home Respite Services
volunteer who served our country with distinction. As a Lieutenant in the Army Air Corps, 525th Squadron of the 379th Bombardment Group in WWII, Hal flew 35 missions over Germany and France in a B17 as a Navigator. Hal’s service to our country during WWII was his way of giving back.
In 2014, he revisited Kimbolton, England with members of his former unit to pay homage to his friends who lost their lives in the pursuit of peace. Read more
