Space is still available in ACCESS to Healthy Lifestyles!
This is a specialized Therapeutic Recreation Program, serving adults with disabilities. We strive to develop social and life skills while fostering community integration and encouraging independence in a safe and nurturing environment.

Join us on Tuesdays to explore yourself, new experiences and make new friends. Activities include healthy cooking, meditation, expressive art, and more! Supervised by SFRPD's Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialists, staff will help participants learn about wellness and leading a healthy lifestyle!

ON SATURDAY, September 7th, 10am-2pm, KEEN'S Annual FITNESS FESTIVAL IS HAPPENING at San Francisco State University. LET'S HAVE A FIELD DAY! FRIENDSHIP, FITNESS, AND FUN FOR ALL.  

Get moving in the fun run, stretch out to accessible yoga, and boogie in the dance class. Parents and friends can browse the Resource Fair and meet local care providers from the community.

Please join us Saturday, September 28 2019, 11am-2pm for the CCSF MTU Fall Family Festival!
