A Note from Pastor Randy
On Sunday evening, we let you know by email that an individual in attendance at our worship services tested positive for COVID. Later, we were informed that a second individual in attendance at our worship services on Sunday went to the doctor that afternoon and also tested positive for COVID. Both individuals participate in our Worship Ministry and were in attendance at Choir practice last Wednesday, October 28.

Out of an abundance of caution, we will not have any on-campus worship services or activities this coming Sunday, November 8. We will LiveStream a recorded service at 10:30am on Sunday, November 8 on our YouTube channel (https://www.youtube.com/TheChurchatLibertyPark).
In addition, we will not have Choir practice or Student Ministry worship this Wednesday, November 4.

In order to protect our staff and slow the spread of the virus, our staff have been asked to work from home as much as possible this week. If you need to contact us, please use the following contact information:

Please continue to be attentive to your health this week. If you experience any symptoms, please contact your personal physician or have yourself tested.

Churchwide Announcements
Important Update on Operation Christmas Child Shoeboxes

If you signed up to purchase items for our Operation Christmas Child - Families on Mission Day, please make sure to deliver those to the church ASAP! If you didn’t get to sign up for anything but would still like to donate, please contact Ben Stephenson.

Church members of all ages are invited to take part with us on Saturday, November 14, at 9:00am when we stuff 200 boxes with these items for boys and girls across the world! We’ll meet at the church and working together to package them one box at a time. Bring your neighbors, kids, and friends to be a part of this wonderful Families on Mission opportunity!
Family to Family Ministry - Thanksgiving Meals
For five years, Liberty Park has been partnering with Strong Tower church in Montgomery to provide Thanksgiving groceries for needy, unchurched families in the Washington Park community. Due to COVID concerns, our congregation will not be participating in the delivery of the groceries this year, but we can continue to support this eternally significant outreach effort with financial gifts and prayer.

Donations for the groceries will be accepted through Sunday, November 8. Make your donation to The Church at Liberty Park and designate the gift for F2F (Family 2 Family). If you give online, be sure to write F2F in the memo or notes section.
