TERRA LAGO Phase 1B unanimously approved by Village Council

Josh Kellam, President of The Garcia Companies, reassured the Council and residents of his unwavering dedication to the community of Indiantown. Terra Lago Phase 1B will include a Community Center that covers roughly 12 acres that will include playing fields and a walking path, 174 townhomes, an Assistant Living Facility 415 single-family dwellings, and a walking trail. Approved in a 5-0 vote, Mr. Kellam expressed that wetlands will be preserved and flooding concerns are being addressed with neighboring developments.
