FWC releases another manatee at Anchorage Park

The Village appreciates SeaWorld Orlando and the MyFWC Florida Fish and Wildlife team who came to Anchorage Park Thursday morning to release "Crumpet" into our beautiful waterway. Crumpet is a 1,500-pound manatee who was in health distress and was rescued in February, then treated and rehabbed at SeaWorld until this week. Now he can enjoy spending his time in "The Best Place to Live Under the Sun." If you see a sick or injured manatee, call (888) 404-FWCC.
