Manatee release set for Wednesday in Anchorage Park
The Florida Fish & Wildlife Commission and the Miami Seaquarium are planning another manatee release at the boat ramp in Anchorage Park on Wednesday, Sept. 22nd at 11:30 a.m. Several rehabilitated manatees have been released there this year because North Palm Beach is "The Best Place to Live Under the Sun," even for manatees! The public is welcome to come out and watch and learn. It's a great experience for kids too!
The Village greatly appreciates everyone who helped out with the fundraiser Wednesday at Frigate's for the child of Village a employee who passed away. Some great local businesses helped make it possible. If you would still like to assist, a GoFundMe page has been set up here: https://www.gofundme.com/f/in-memory-of-tara-ramsaroop
