The 2015/2016 season is in full steam and the next month will feature some of the best the Auburn Symphony has to offer!

First off, we hope you join us for our FINAL Masterworks Concert weekend at Placer High School in Auburn. The orchestra will be

featuring Beethoven's heroic Egmont Overture , while finishing with Richard Strauss's epic tone poem Tod und Verklarung (Death and Transfiguration) .

The concerts will be March 19th-20th in the Placer High School Auditorium. Reserved seating is $45/40/30 and students $20.

The Symphony will be joined by international star violinist Yosuke Kawasaki

performing Sibelius's Violin Concerto . This is the last chance to see the Auburn Symphony perform in

Auburn this season. Don't miss out!

ALL THAT GLITTERS IS GOLD AT GALA!

On Sunday, April 3rd, the annual Auburn Symphony Gala will swing into the "Jazz Age" at the Blue Goose Event Center in Loomis! With a tip of the cap to the great jazz composers of the time, our "All That Jazz" event is our annual highlight of the season.

Tickets to the Gala are $75 apiece and $135 for couples.

Come in your finest roaring 20s and 30s garb, and help us make this THE party of the season. We'll have great food, music and local wine, and for the inspired among us, a costume contest!

We'll also feature a great silent and live auction, a sneak preview of the

2016/2017 season and a "teaser" from pianist Richard Glazier , who will be performing Gershwin's Rhapsody in Blue

at our Mondavi Concert on May 8th , as well as a solo multimedia show at the State Theatre on April 23rd: "Homage to The Brothers Gershwin."

It's going to be a fantastic night. Please join us for the fun. We still have table sponsorships available as well.
